Alessandro Annoscia
Held leadership roles in Accenture in multiple countries as well as Microsoft and Groupon. He also co-founded Pointgrow, a sister company of 1Apeiron, and worked in Silicon Valley for Rackup.com. Alessandro is the original founding investor of Openbucks. His involvement with startups in the U.S., Europe and Asia are numerous and include SWEAT, Speadi, foodfan, EzVip, Ichopit (Singapore), and many others still on stealth mode.
Mike Dannheim
Previously VP of International Business Development for Groupon, he helped build, scale and manage the operations in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Dubai and India. In 2010, he built FreeLunched, a social advertising platform in Miami. Mike is also involved in the startup community in Miami, offering advisory and business development services to tech companies.
Israel Vainstein
Israel Vainstein has held high financial level positions, including serving as CFO of Intcomex, a technology distribution company focused in Latin America; CFO of Security Plastics, a manufacturing company with operations in the US, Puerto Rico, and Mexico; Controller of State Trust Bank and Trust, a bank focused in Latin America; VP of Finance of Avisena, a financial services company in the US. He holds a Master of Science degree from Purdue University, and a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Miami. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida, and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designee from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Danny Simon
Co-Founder and Partner at Lalchandani Simon PL, a law firm with experience in U.S. based startups in various industries, including technology, data security, healthcare, and financial services. He worked for White & Case in Silicon Valley, a leading international law firm, where he built a successful career in commercial litigation, technology law and appellate practice. Danny has also served in the chambers of several federal judges.
Kubs Lalchandani
Co-Founder and Partner at Lalchandani Simon PL a law firm with experience in startup business in the US in various industries including technology, data security, healthcare, and financial services.
He worked for Jones Day and White & Case in addition to serving as general counsel to a New York Based restaurant group, Kubs served as financial analyst and assistant to the chief financial officer of MicroStrategy, and currently sits on the board of several technology start-ups including Razient, LLC, WedWu, Inc. and Zoomradar.com
Michel Triana
His background is in software engineering and product strategy and innovation across corporations in the Automotive, Retail Management, Banking and Travel & Leisure sectors. He served in technical leadership roles at Active, Acquinity Interactive, Southeast Toyota Distributors, and US eDirect; and founded four internet startups Ninut, Paymesh, Advise.me, and Cine en Casa.
Michel is Managing Director for The Intelerit Group, Principal of R&D for JM Family Enterprises, and technology advisor to Barry University, as well as various tech startups in the US.
Felipe Sanchez
Retired in 2009 after having spent 24 years working at Microsoft Corporation. In his last assignment, Felipe served as World Wide GM for Microsoft retail. He was previously Microsoft’s GM for Mexico, VP of Middle East and Africa, and a founder of Microsoft Latin America. He is currently CEO and Founder of Pointgrow.
Felipe currently manages expansion of various U.S. based companies into Latin America.
Javier Paramo
Javier is a former Microsoft Executive with 18 years of successful track records, in various leadership roles, across different segments and industries.
In his last assignment at Microsoft, he led World Wide Sales Strategy for MBD/Education Products. He is a Founder at PointGrow and currently manages expansion of various U.S. based companies into Latin America.
Jose Luis Rodriguez
With 26 years experience holding executive level positions, Jose Luis is the founder, then GM of Microsoft Colombia. He then went on to lead Latin America’s small and medium business division. For the past five years, Jose Luis has been an active investor and advisor to startups in Colombia.
Eugenio Beaufrand
Retired in 2011 after having spent 26 years at Microsoft Corporation. Eugenio was last Chief Operating Officer for the Microsoft Greater China Region; previously held positions include Microsoft Vice President in Latin America, VP US Southeast region, and General Manager Microsoft Australia and Argentina. He is one of the founders of Microsoft Latin America.
Blas Garcia-Moros
A co-founder of Microsoft Latin America, he retired in 2000. While at Microsoft, he held various leadership roles, including managing more than 20 subsidiaries of Microsoft Latin America and overseeing South East Asia as Vice President. He is the founder of Colexium and is on the board of Publicly traded companies in the U.S.
Esteban Sosnik
Serial entrepreneur with various successes in the video game industry. Esteban is currently VP at DeNA, a leading mobile social gaming company headquartered in Tokyo with offices around the world. He was Co-founder and CEO of social game developer, Atakama Labs, which was acquired in October of 2011 by the DeNA Group (TYO:2432).
He is the founder and CEO of Wanako games, a console, PC, and online videogame development company which earned numerous awards including Game of the Year 2006 for Xbox Live by IGN.com. The company was later on sold to Vivendi. During his earlier career, Esteban held leadership positions in the VC and Private equity world.
